Chosen for proximity to the airport, the stay in the Superior King Room was comfortable, highlighted by the neatness of the facilities. Breakfast included fresh seasonal fruits, though the dining setup was somewhat disappointing with plastic glassware and slow service. Staff were polite, which softened the experience, but the food quality lacked variety and flavor. Overall, a decent option for a quick stop, though improvements in dining could enhance the experience.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our experience was mostly enjoyable. The suite offered comfort, though we noticed some maintenance issues, such as dusty furniture. Breakfast included basic options, but the omelet station was a nice touch. Ensure you confirm shuttle service timings to avoid delays!

The spacious Superior Twin Room offered ample space for my family, making it comfortable during our stay. The elegant decor added a cozy touch that helped soften some of the rough edges we'd later encounter.
Check-in at 4 PM was rigid, even for families after long travels, causing frustration among guests. During our visit, food options were lackluster. I sent back the Penne Arabiatta due to its awful smell, and alternatives like club sandwiches weren't much better. The bathroom had a consistent leak that made it feel less than clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, late check-out requests were mishandled, leading to awkward luggage arrangements. Overall, it felt like management missed the mark on guest comfort.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and I enjoyed a delightful breakfast that set me up for the day. The leisure area had a cozy lounge and a nice TV room, perfect for some downtime. Just a heads up, the café priced their drinks a bit high, so you might want to grab refreshments elsewhere. ☕️
